The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a Roku TV, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds with a Roku TV—ideal for kids or friends traveling together. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Being on the first floor means easy access with no stairs, making beach days and unloading luggage simple and stress-free. The complex laundry room is located in the hallway, this laundry is coin laundry and is not included. Step outside and enjoy the community pool and BBQ area, all within walking distance of Coligny Plaza’s shops, restaurants, and island activities.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire condo during their stay. Enjoy access to The Sands community pool and shared BBQ grill area.
