- The twin bunk bed is not suitable for adults. To comfortably sleep six, at least two guests have to be children
- A mandatory resort fee of $35 is included in the cleaning fee, which will cover the parking pass for the first vehicle. Any additional vehicles will be $35 per vehicle
- A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap is provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own after the starter supply has run out
- One set of bath towels is provided for guests. Please bring your own towels if you think you will require more
- This single-story property features step-free access via an elevator. Outside, there are a few steps are the beginning of the boardwalk to the beach
