7 Brown Pelican is an absolutely gorgeous oceanfront home where southern charm is mixed with luxury. The yard is beautifully landscaped and there are the southern style petticoat stairs leading up to the front door. Lots of windows to let in the sunlight and provide you with beautiful views of the back pool deck and ocean.

Entering the home at ground level brings you to one of the two living areas in the house plus there are four bedrooms on this level. This is a great place for the family to gather for a game of pool on the pool table or grab a game or puzzle. The living area has a navy blue L-shaped couch and a 60” Sharp TV mounted on the wall. The sliding glass doors from the living room bring you out to the backyard. Behind the couch is a bathroom with a single vanity with granite countertop and a walk-in shower. To the right of the door is Bedroom #1 with two sets of twin bunk beds, an accent chair, a large walk-in closet and a 23” TV with Roku. The private bathroom has a granite topped single vanity and a tub/shower combo. At the other end of the hall is Bedroom #2 with two double beds, two accent chairs, a large walk-in closet and a 32” TV. This room has views of the backyard and pool deck. The ensuite bath has a single granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower. To the left of the entrance are two more bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, accent chair, walk-in closet and 32” TV with Roku. This room has a private bathroom as well which has a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds an accent chair and a 32” TV with Roku.

Upstairs, where the main living area is, there are beautiful light gray hardwood floors throughout and exposed beam, high ceilings in the dining room and living room plus a wall of windows providing you with stunning ocean views. To the right of the front door is a small round table that seats two. A nice place to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The dining room is in front of the entrance and has a large wooden table that seats eight. To the right of the entrance is a bedroom with a king size bed, accent chair and 47” TV w/Roku & DVD player inside the armoire. The ensuite bath has granite topped double vanity and a walk-in shower with the rain showerhead and hand-held wand. This room also has a large walk-in closet. On the other side of the dining room is a bathroom in the hallway with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Next to this is a bedroom with two twin beds and a large built-in bookshelf with books.

In the living room there is a large tan L-shaped couch with chaise lounge, 4 accent chairs and an 85” Samsung TV mounted on the wall. The cabinet under the TV has a bunch of games for the family to enjoy. Behind the living room is another bedroom with a king size bed, accent chair and 32” Roku TV. The sliding glass doors open to an outdoor deck where there are two lounge chairs for you to relax while taking in the ocean sights and sound. The private bathroom has a marble double vanity with glass bowls, a separate jetted tub, and a walk-in shower with the rain showerhead and hand-held wand. There is an 18” TV mounted on the wall for you to enjoy as you soak in the tub.

The large, gourmet, fully equipped kitchen is off the living room. There is an extra-large island with a small sink, ice maker, wine fridge and 3 stools. The smaller island next to it has the flat top stove. Beautiful white and gray marble countertops and stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The back of the kitchen has a glass topped table that seats eight. The laundry room is behind the kitchen and offers a sink, washer, dryer, extra refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space.

From the kitchen or living room there are sliding doors that open to an outdoor covered deck with ceiling fans, a round table that seats four, and a couch plus two chairs with ottomans. There is a beverage center that has a mini fridge and microwave. A 46” TV is mounted over the electric fireplace. Stairs lead down to the stunning backyard with a pool and spa, 7 lounge chairs, 7 additional chairs and a patio love seat. Under the deck is a covered patio with ceiling fans, a table that seats six, two chairs with small tables next to them and an outdoor shower. Beyond the pool is a putting green with four holes for you to practice your golf game. When you are tired of lounging by the pool, you can take the private beach path and head to the ocean.
