Welcome to 4 Lark, 4th row home off North Forest Beach, just steps to the ocean!

Upon arriving to the house there is a large driveway and carport with room for at least 4 vehicles. The front entry has a layered porch with plenty of seating and space to enjoy the pool deck. The 1st floor of the house has a warm open floor plan so everyone can be a part of the stay! The dining room is to the right of the entry and has seating for 8, in addition to barstools off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with an island and always allows the chef of the house to stay part of the conversation. The living room has large comfy couches and a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching the big game. Also on the main floor of the house are two of the bedrooms. The first features a king bed, window seat, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The next guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath as well.

Just up the stairs are the other two bedrooms and baths. The guest bedroom on the left is a queen bedroom with vanity, flat screen TV an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, new TV, and a large master en-suite bath. The master bathroom has a deep soaking tub and a shower along with a private covered porch.

The house also has a laundry room and wi-fi throughout. Just outside you can enjoy the ground level pool or take a short walk to the beach just a few yards away. Lark Street is located off North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is a five-minute bike ride from the house and has live entertainment, shopping, dining, and groceries. You have everything you will need within a few minutes' walk or bike.
