Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, 3408 Windsor is a stunningly remodeled villa offering expansive oceanfront views and inviting comfortable furnishings. The villa is situated along the Atlantic beaches and is surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens, lagoons, fountains, and native trees. There are light gray wood floors and high hat lighting throughout the entire villa. There are also upgraded electrical outlets with built-in USB charging ports throughout the kitchen for added convenience. A brand new whole-house water softening system was also installed to ensure sparkling and clean water for each guest.

To the left of the entrance is the dining area where there is glass topped table with a bench seat plus four additional chairs. The wet bar off the dining area features a two zone wine cooler, sink and extra counter space. To the right is the laundry room which has a stackable front loading Samsung washer and dryer. Continuing down the hall is a bathroom with a granite topped single vanity and walk-in shower. At the end of the hall is a guest bedroom with two double beds and a mounted 32” TV.

The renovated kitchen features white and gray granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, new cabinetry and a tiled backsplash. The kitchen includes everything guests need to cook meals for their party, while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a breakfast table with seating for 4 and an additional 4 leather barstools at the kitchen bar.

The living space offers style and comfort. All new furniture includes a gray sofa, loveseat, two swivel rocking chairs and a 65" Sony 4K HDR LED TV. Gorgeous ocean views can be seen from the oversized windows and the private balcony can be accessed through sliding doors in the living area and breakfast nook. There is a table that seats 6 plus a rocking bench seat on the balcony.

The first master suite is located to the left of the living area. It is furnished with a new king bed, 55" Sony 4K HDR LED TV, cedar lined walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool with seating for two. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with 12" rain shower head, custom tile on the flooring and shower and a large double vanity with marble top.

The second master suite also features a new king bed, door to the balcony, 32” TV, and walk-in closet. This suite also features a renovated private bathroom with tile flooring, a large walk-in shower with a 12” rain shower head and a large vanity with a marble top and plenty of storage.
