Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Harbour Town! The fabulous farm style dining table seats up to 8 people, and there are 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar.

To the right of the entry is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bath. Upstairs on the second floor is the master suite with private bath and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV with beautiful bathrooms. This villa is perfect for families and great for golf groups with its easy access to the Harbour Town Golf Course.

This villa can be rented along with 256 Stoney Creek (a bedroom townhouse next door) to provide a combination of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Nice Place but Smells

This was a beautifully decorated place but unfortunately smelled like dogs in the family room area; the rug, and all the chairs. We enjoyed being near the pool but were not notified that noisy construction workers were going to be at the pool most of the week so we were not able to take advantage of the pool as hoped. Loved riding bikes around Sea Pines and being close to Harbor Town. Would not stay here again due to the dog smell.

Missing it already

This unit was lovely on the inside. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. We were next to the pool and about a mile and 1/2 from the beach. We could easily walk to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Shops. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This wonderful villa is just a short walk to Harbor Town, and if you ride your bike, it takes a minute or two!! The on-site pool was just steps from our villa, and we had everything we needed for our stay inside.

This 3-bedroom condo was so convenient being next to the pool (very sound proof, could hardly hear anyone out at the pool) and the proximity to Harbour Town Marina. . Our bed in the master was very nice (my husband has bulging discs and never once said his back hurt). I would say the only negatives or what I would improve if I lived there were: *Better utensils/flatware (these were super cheap) *Have a cutting board in the kitchen. *A knife sharpener in the drawer *Needs a new can opener (spend a little money on a nice one and it will last) I had to use a sharp knife to open cans. *the grout on the tile floors needs to be addressed in the master bathroom And in the shower * I would also touch up the trim around the condo. It’s getting marred up. Other than that, we really really enjoyed our stay and are thinking about reserving it for next year sometime. Thanks for inviting us into your condo.

Comfortable, welcoming and a great location

A well located and cosy property, that accommodates 6 guests with ease. Having the communal pool right outside the property made it feel like having our own private pool. It was well maintained and never too busy. Perfectly located for our group with the adults booking tennis and golf nearby and for the teenage children who could safely cycle to Harbor Town for water sports and ice creams. Would happily stay here again especially given price, quality of accommodation and excellent location.

We had an enjoyable stay. The only downside was that we were unable to use the Harbor oool that was heated, we were told that it was ok to go in and then found out we needed a annual pass. Also we had to wipe down the stove before cooking. Everything else was wonderful! Thank you, Nikki Paumen

Nice 3 bedroom townhouse close to Harbortown. We had trouble with the wifi and customer service was wonderful and responded promptly. The home is a bit dated but very clean and adequately supplied. The complex has many bright outdoor lights on through the night which didn't seem typical for Sea Pines. Pretty views of the large community pool. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for hosting!
