223 Shorewood is a two-story villa on the 2nd floor. As you enter this light and airy villa, the absolutely beautiful light gray plank-style flooring will grab your attention and remind you that you are at the beach! The master suite is on the left with a king bed, small desk and 42” TV. The private bath has a granite topped double vanity with a tub/shower combo.

The open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room is bright and inviting. The fully stocked white kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has beautiful coastal stoneware. The laundry room and extra storage is off of the kitchen. Coastal colors, accessories and touches abound this adorable villa.

The gorgeous over-sized dining room table seats ten and the breakfast bar right next to it seats an additional three with slide in stools. There is a blue queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a matching love seat and a comfortable swivel chair plus a 65” Samsung TV. The living room has sliders that go out to the balcony where there is an additional table for eating and entertaining that seats eight and lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun in. This area overlooks the well landscaped yard and has views of the complex pool. Up the spiral staircase are two additional bedrooms, to the right is a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a chaise lounge chair, desk and 36” TV. The private bath has a granite topped double vanity with a tub/shower combo. At the other end of the hall is another king bedroom that has a 32” TV and a private bathroom with granite topped single vanity and tub/shower combo. There is also a sliding door that opens to a private 2nd balcony where there is a high top table that seats four.

South Forest Beach is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head Island. The beautifully landscaped complex at Shorewood has an oceanfront pool with bathrooms nearby. There is also a baby pool for young ones to play in. Guests will enjoy that Shorewood is located very close to some great shopping, dining, and entertainment areas on Hilton Head Island.
