The living room, across from the kids room, has a large sectional couch, two accent chairs, a 70” SMART TV and a cabinet with board games and puzzles. To the right of the front door is another bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. As you continue to walk straight ahead is the coastal dining table that seats 6 and to the right is the gorgeous kitchen with white and gray quartz counter tops and a quartz island with 3 bar stools, stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove and a kitchen table that comfortably seats 4 for a quick meal or coffee in the morning. In front of the kitchen is another relaxing and stunning sitting area with a cool accent wall in driftwood colors. There is a sofa and love seat and 55” SMART TV. Here you have access to the amazing wraparound upper deck that has a beautiful teal cushioned patio set that seats approximately 9 people, a bar table with 2 chairs and an umbrella table with 8 chairs giving you plenty of outdoor seating. There are also two lounge chairs for getting your tan and a Charbroil grill for your outdoor cooking enjoyment.
