With a pet-friendly policy (maximum of 1 dog permitted), this villa is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing coastal retreat.

Dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and dishware needed for preparing meals. Appliances: crockpot, blender, toaster oven, toaster, tea pot, Keurig machine & drip coffee maker.
Large countertop ideal for meal prep or gathering with loved ones.
Laundry: Stackable washer & dryer tucked in the kitchen for your convenience. There is an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack (to be used indoors only)

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, closet, three dressers, and additional blankets for the sofa sleeper also in hall closet.
Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, closet, two dressers, and hallway access to a full bathroom with tub/shower.
Pack ‘n Play: Stored in upstairs hall closet for guests traveling with little ones. Also in the hall closet is a box fan for each bedroom, clothes drying rack (indoor use only), ironing board and iron
Bathrooms: Half Bath on main floor. Full bathroom upstairs with starter set of shampoo/conditioner & hand soap.
Entertainment: DVD player with some movies

Back patio with outdoor dining and seating, overlooking the community grounds and pool.
Beach wagon, beach umbrella, and 4 beach chairs stored in the front service yard for guest use.

Community pool, kiddie pool, and ample lounge chairs open April 1–October 31 from 8 AM–10 PM.

Guest Access:
Key-less entry door code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. The villa has one assigned parking space. There are unmarked parking spaces in the parking lot for a second vehicle. There will be 2 parking hang tags on the counter at check in. Please display parking passes on your dashboard while parked in Hilton Head Cabanas. Towing is enforced. The unmarked parking spaces are first-come first-served.
The Neighborhood:
Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: Only 1 dog permitted. No pets on furniture, please clean up after your dog, and dogs must be on leash while on property. Sweep up pet hair before departure. No animals are permitted in the courtyards.
Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own.
Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see what's out there!! Public parking available near the beach.
Our island is lined with pedestrian walkways & bike paths, making getting to the beach and surrounding areas a breeze!

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
