Top Floor Condo. Beautiful Ocean Views. Great Mid-Island Location

This charming two bed / two bath condo sleeps up to 7 with a pullout sofa bed. For your visit, the condo is set up with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, dishware and silverware. Simply bring your clothes and shop nearby for anything you need.

There is WiFi throughout (rated at 500+), and 3 TVs with cable service: 60" Smart 4K in the living room, 60" SMart 4K in the master bedroom, and a 30" TV in the 2nd bedroom. (There are also two Amazon Fire TV sticks, an Apple TV and a Blu-ray player.)

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area (seating 6). The living area opens onto the open, sunny 5th floor balcony - a great place to see more of the expansive ocean view. The large balcony has 4 wicker chairs and two tables. (Add the two fold up chairs stored inside and a family of 6 can dine outside.)

Island Club is a 25-acre oceanfront property in the Folly Field district of Hilton Head Island. It has 24/7 security.

The Island Club complex has elevators, a fitness center, tennis courts, two half basketball courts, several community pools, a private sun deck and picnic tables with grills. The beach is a short walk across low dunes.

Outside the Club, Hilton Head Island is a vibrant community. There are plenty of shopping choices, a wealth of golf courses and other tennis centers, and many restaurants and bars, both formal and informal.

Historic Savannah and Beaufort less than an hour away by car. Charleston is 2 hours away. (Both Savannah and Charleston have airports.)

Come to Hilton Head Island. Mix your own cocktail of sophisticated living, unspoilt nature, swimming, walking and riding on the long sandy beach, Low Country sights and dining, and many outdoor sports and activities.

The property has great beach and ocean views. Comfortable beds. Accomodated a slightly early arrival. Kitchen counters had areas of spilled salt or sugar. Only VRBO I've ever rented with no coffee, sweeteners or creamer!

It was a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view. The vibe and openness of the condo was great as well! he island club is a really lowkey and nice place to stay on the island. The only bit of imporvement the condo needed was closer attention to detail in cleaning, showers were a bit unlcean and there was dirt and uncleanliness on some parts of the floor and in areas that just take a little longer to clean. There was also a pretty big stain on the comforter in the secondary bedroom. I am pretty picky with cleanliness so keep that in mind. All in all i still recommend staying at the place, it was also end of season, but the cleaning staff should keep this in mind.

This beautiful spacious property is as described with a beautiful beach in walking distance, a big balcony overlooking the ocean and deserves 5 star but their property management company is poor in service. The entry code was not received from the property management but the host had sent a message that i will receve details soon.. right after that i received a mail from VRBO with a misleading "here are your keys" subject leaving me complacent. We realized only at the door we didnt receive the passcode. After 1 hour struggle at the door in sweltering heat, we received the entry code to the door. When we entered, the dishwasher was dirty and most plates, bowls in the cupboards were soiled. We had to wash them again. Rest of our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed every minute. If i go to Hilton Head i will definitely stay again in this property - hopefully their service and cleaning improve. The cleaning fee they receive is a wasted money, at this point. In 2022 i have stayed in the same building on the 3rd floor which was so clean and i never had any issue with the entry code or any other service issue. Not sure if the management of each unit could be different.

We really enjoyed our stay for our first visit to Hilton Head. The location was great—we loved being able to easily walk to the beach. The home was very clean and much more spacious than we expected too. We will definitely stay here again for future stays in Hilton Head!

The location was great and the property was really pretty. The condo had almost everything we needed - there wasn’t a sheet pan to use in the oven and the knives were very dull. Other than that, the beds suited us, the view was lovely, and the beach and pool were great for our family!

Wonderful Condo with Beach views

The Condo was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of room for my kids, my husband and me. Our 13 year old son had a slightly larger bed and space to play on his VR. My 8 year old daughter had a twin bed perfect for her and her stuffed animals. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of clean sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of space to prep meals. The Condo was stocked with plenty of nice towels, washrags, dishrags, soap, and other convenient items. The complex was quiet with respectful neighbors. It had plenty of activities for everyone. Would definitely recommend this Condo. We have already booked again for next year!

Great stay

This unit was very nice and clean, well equipped kitchen and great view from balcony. King bed was firm, we are used to very soft memory foam mattress so not ideal but not terrible either. Island club property is nice and well maintained. The pool area was nice but often very crowded. We will definitely look to stay here again when returning to HHI.

Location is Beautiful, But Beds Need to Be Replaced

The location and view are beautiful and the unit is very spacious. Our family had plenty of room and there were nice starter items like soap, paper towels, etc. which was very hospitable and appreciated. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and it was quite noisy during our stay, but that's more of a construction issue and not something the owners control. The beds need to be replaced and were uncomfortable, and the sleeper sofa could not be used because it felt like laying on the springs. The living room curtains have deteriorated and don't close fully which made the living room too bright for sleeping. Don't know what all the management device in the living room is monitoring, but that felt a bit invasive without more information. These adjustments would drastically improve the overall experience, but it's a lovely place.

Better than Expected Experience

This was the first time we have been to Hilton Head and it was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean. The view of the beach was perfect. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing. It was also easy and quick to get to where we needed to go but secluded enough to enough our quiet time all hours of the day. The pool and playground was also very easy to get to with my 2 year old. We would be interested in booking again in the future!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 5 nights. The location is perfect. The beach access and the pool are both a short walk, and the view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing! You also have a close view of the playground, which was nice to let our older kids go down to play and we could watch them from the room. The furnishings and fixtures in the condo are slightly dated, however this did not matter to us and we were already aware of that by seeing the photos on the listing. The property manager was very easily reached and helpful with any questions and gave great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again! Helpful hints- there is no beach gear, but beach towels are provided.

Perfect getaway w everything you need

Comfy and spacious for our family of 5. The balcony gave us gorgeous views. The property was so nice with a great pool and tennis courts, easy access to the beach and a cute park with games. I wish we could have stayed longer! The property owner was so nice and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location. Property manager called twice to check on our stay. Same day response for a problem we had with a bathroom. Bathrooms and main surfaces clean. Could use a deeper cleaning of baseboards and vents. Living room furniture could be upgraded. Poorly stocked kitchen outside of dishes and starter pack of cleaning supplies. Need more washcloths—1/person/week is not enough. Gate and office personnel very helpful!

June 2023 Hilton ahead trip

We spent a week at the Island Club as we do almost every year and we had another successful and fun trip. The place was nice, clean and had a great ocean view. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, bedrooms had tvs with cable(which was somewhat difficult to locate) and apps to login to if you desired. 5/5 overall and a few minor updates to bathroom fixtures and toilets would make this place even better. Everything works but the shower fixtures are tricky and touchy to land the right temperature with very poor water pressure while another makes an awful high pitched noise. The toilets could use new tank parts to assist the slow flushing. Not going to ruin the trip but certainly could be improved. We’d definitely stay in either way and enjoyed our trip as always.

Amazing view

Great location. Comfortable beds. Could use updating on furniture and kitchen items but we were there for the view! Reminder to those that come- there are no salt and peppers , beach chairs, coolers or any beach items. Management company provided beach towels which was nice. We would return for the view and deck!
