Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Surf Court 32 is a three-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. Forest Beach townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom 2, 1 Queen & 1 Twin in bedroom 3. This property is within 1 to 1.5 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to a first floor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Great location!

We had a wonderful week and this property worked out beautifully for our family of 6. It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We loved the location. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride (3-5 min) to Coligny Plaza for coffee, ice cream and shopping and to Coligny Beach or the Alden Lane beach access. We rented bikes for the week and biking on the beach in the morning and evening was a highlight of our trip. We hope to come back!

Overall great place

Overall this was a great place - well located and nice three bedrooms. Big problem: second floor shower/bath didn't work. (Undoubtedly fixed by now, but a problem to discover on the evening of a wedding when five of us had to use one shower.) This is also not a place to stay if you're a cook. Otherwise - great value.

The location of this property is great. The location is perfect - short walk to beach, short walk or bike ride to shops, and away from the crowds. The property was nicely updated, and we liked that parking was just outside the front door which was very convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries.

Loved it so much...we extended our trip 2 extra days!

I traveled with my young sons over New Years and we had a wonderful stay in this unit. It’s not a bad walk to the beach and we found a great park that is also close by and a very short walk. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. I cooked some and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The only thing that could make this unit better would be a refresh/update of the bedding in the master and queen rooms. Otherwise the condo was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect last minute stay

We booked this the night before visiting HHI and it was the perfect stay for us. My parents (seniors) and children (5 and 7) were comfortable and the slept on the two bedrooms on second floor. Husband and I in master on third floor. The layout was great because my husband had to work and could be on calls in the bedroom w/o hearing the downstairs noise. Close walking distance to beach where you don’t have to use the busy public entrance. Nicely updated home.

This property was the perfect lay out and size for my family of 5. The pool was in our backyard (literally) and the walk to the beach was a breeze. It’s located about a block from Coligny Plaza which was great. Lots of shopping and dining. Great for the kids. I will stay here again.
