First off, this hotel is NOT A HILTON hotel.
It is managed by a company called "GF Hotels
& Resorts". Their website is gfhotels.com and you can go get their contact information and tell them how you feel about the place.
The rooms feel neglected and need serious upgrading. Carpeting was deplorable. One spot had a disgusting patch glued down that did not match the rest of the carpet. We were so grossed out about the carpet we used towels to cover areas of the carpet so we did not have to walk on it.
Grout in shower was peeling off everwhere. Sheetrock was exposed in certain areas. Bathroom vent fan barely worked and there were signs of moisture damage everywhere on the ceiling of the bathroom.
Very unpleasant smell coming from HVAC wall unit when blowing regular air so we had to keep the AC going the whole time.
The wall HVAC unit was beyond whipped. Front casing was falling off and high fan option did not work.
One bed had the appropriate mattress cover under the sheets the other bed did not.
Staff was decent and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was about a 2 out of 5. Best thing was the coffee.
