Good Golf and Tennis Condo
My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week. It was the perfect size for two people. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for our stay including a Keurig coffee maker and a full pot coffee maker. If you are interested in golf or tennis, the location is perfect for both. It was a 10 minute walk to beach access. And there is a great short cut by the tennis courts leading you directly to Alexander's and the General Store.
The house was pretty clean when we entered. We could feel some sand on the floor, but we are at the beach, that is to be expected. There was a bottle top left on the table on the outside deck, and one of the primary bathroom sinks was so clogged that gnats were living in it. Every time we turned on the water, gnats flew out of it.
It is a very sweet condo, but needs some TLC. The screen door was coming off the track, some of the wooden structure around the outside trashcans was detached, and it needs some aesthetic updates. The description of the home advertised a gas grill, but it is actually charcoal. A guest book with instructions on how to get to the beach and pool and how to work the tvs would have been helpful.
