  • Welcome to our Hilton Head Island rental home! Our 3000sq/ft home sleeps 11 people in beds and has 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and 3 XL twin beds plus a private loft space that serves as the 5th bedroom. The loft bonus room has the queen bed, one of the XL twin beds and an extra den area with large TV, and its own half-bathroom. Pack and Play, highchair and infant walker are also provided in home. The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms.

    Our home is beautifully located on a lagoon waterway which provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck while watching the tropical birds and alligators. The back yard is protected from the water with a retaining wall.

    Perfect home for families, golfers and short-term seasonal renters. Discounts given for more than 7 nights. Please inquire!

    The home is a short walk to a large community pool and you have 4 tennis and pickle ball courts and basketball court free for your use! 4 bikes are provided at the home and additional bikes can be rented at a discount through South Beach Bicycles.

    The beautiful beaches are a short bike ride from the home through safe bike trails throughout the island!

    Other activities within walking or biking distance include golf at the many HHI famous courses, Harbortown shops and dining, Sea Pines Forest Preserve for nature walks and fishing? Lawton Stables for horseback riding tours and petting zoo! Crabbing, fishing, alligator watching and dolphin cruises are a must!

    Our home is available for weekly, monthly, or short-term seasonal rentals! June and July require a 7-night minimum with a Saturday turnover. This home is newly furnished, all new mattresses newly decorated and kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. The kitchen is nicely equipped with high end All-Clad cookware, Cuisinart coffee pot with gold filter, blender for smoothies, toaster and plenty of place setting. There is a brand-new Weber propane grill on the deck. New flooring was installed in April of 2020. New HVAC was installed in June of 2020. August of 2022 new beds were purchased!

My family with grands and great grands enjoyed the family focused house. It is well stocked and lots of thoughtful items available such as flash lights and doggie bags. We enjoyed sitting around and using the fire pit too. Beds and pillows were superb. Loved the location too within Sea Pines. The four bikes were used and enjoyed. Owner is personable and flexible. Great views from the deck . Highly recommend .

We were happy to have baby accessories, lots of beach chairs and toys. The weather cooperated some. The kitchen was well stocked. The lagoon and Carolina Room were enjoyable. We had a few bumps in the road with entry to the house, and internet issues. We also had workers show up to do repairs on the house during our stay. They were asked to come back when we were gone.

Golf weekend

Excellent stay. Perfect location near the golf courses in Sea pines. Wendy was very accommodating and ensured our stay with both check in and check out was as easy as possible. Beautiful home that was well stocked with cooking utensils and great view from the back porch.

A Beautiful Relaxing Place

This house was spacious and comfortable. The area is beautiful! It had everything we needed and the owner is wonderful! We had 9 adults and a baby and we all had our own space. I highly recommend this place for a vacation.

Family wedding

We loved the location. Our wedding was in Harbour Town so that was key. The house was well equipped and everything was ready upon arrival. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck overlooking the lagoon and also enjoyed s’mores around the fire. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We love sea pines and will definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome vacation

This is a great vacation spot located on a culdesac about halfway between the beach and Harbour Town. We were able to walk to and from Harbour town. The beach was a quick drive but this time of year there was plenty of parking at the sea pines resort. The owner was in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were ok during the storm (hurricane helene). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing get away in Hilton head.

Beautiful place. Owner very communative. Really appreciated the garage full of everything needed to have fun at the beach or just outside. Easy to cook because many staples were already in the house. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home

Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay in Hilton Head. The home we stayed in was beautiful with more than enough space for 8 people. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meals, and the deck overlooked water that was visited by an alligator several times. The owner, Wendy, gave us lots of ideas for great places to eat and places for kids and adults to enjoy. It was our first vacation with our whole family, and it was wonderful!

Wonderful Family Home

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Wendy was great with communication. You don’t have to worry about anything when staying at this house. The kitchen is fully stocked (we cooked thanksgiving dinner- she even had pie plates!). The bikes, beach chairs and beach toys were super helpful. Husband said the grill was the best he has had at a rental. We can’t wait to come back!!

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful time at HHI and this house was perfect for our family. Views and watching for gators and birds is awesome, kids loved the room off the kitchen, bikes were great and plenty of boogie boards and toys for the kids to use. Very clean and some TLC is needed to certain areas. Master bed sleeps amazing for a rental! It is a bit further from the beach than we anticipated but overall loved our trip and would stay here again.
