Welcome to 302 North Shore Place in North Forest Beach! This villa is located directly across the street from the beach and Coligny Plaza.
This villa has light tan walls with one brown accent wall, tiled floors in the main living area and carpets in the bedrooms plus beach décor throughout which provides you with the relaxation you seek from a beach vacation. The living, dining and kitchen are an open floor plan. There is a dining room table on the right as you walk in that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has a U-shaped counter with three stools – a great place to sit and have a snack! The living area offers comfortable seating on the tan couch and two accent chairs plus there is a 40” Samsung TV for watching your favorite TV show or movie. Outside the living room door is the covered balcony with a round table that seats four. This is the perfect place to relax in the evening and listen to the music from Coligny Plaza or have your quiet morning coffee before anyone else is awake!
The bedrooms are a split floor plan; outside the living room is the master bedroom and it has a king bed, 32” TV and access to the outside balcony. It also has a private bath with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Towards the front of the condo is where the guest bedroom is. It has 2 new double beds with rattan headboards, a 32” TV and a private bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. There is a laundry area in the unit, wireless internet service, cable TV on all three TVs and a DVD player in the living area.
A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests also may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.
This is the perfect beach location where you can park the car and walk or bike everywhere while on vacation with your friends and family. Come and enjoy all that North Shore Place has to offer and make this a fantastic vacation on Hilton Head Island.
