This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Sea Pines vacation home on Hilton Head. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach along the Atlantic Ocean. 2 Green Heron provides guests with plenty of living space, both indoors and out.

The living room is located just as you walk into the home and just had a brand new living room added in January, 2019. It has a wall of windows along the back with views of the pool area. There is plenty of seating for everyone and a large 60" SMART TV. A large archway opens this room into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a center island, tons of counter space and the dining area with a table that will seat 6 comfortably. The living room, kitchen and dining area all have beautiful hardwood floors.

The family/game room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a small step down. This area, as well as the entrance way, has a patterned brick floor with a sliding door that leads to the pool area.

Three bedrooms are on the 1st level and are all located on the same side of the home. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, 42" Roku TV, private bath with double bowl sinks and shower only, with access to the side courtyard. The queen bedroom with 40" Roku TV shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with 2 twin beds (40" Roku TV), which has private access to the pool area. The last bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and a twin bed set off to the side, 40" Roku TV and private bath with combination tub/shower.

The large swimming pool is fenced in. There are plenty of lounge chairs, a bistro table with 4 chairs and a BBQ grill for making dinner in the evening. 2 Green Heron is a quick walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club for a snack or an easy bike ride to Harbour Town. There is always a lot of things to do in Hilton Head, SC!
