Overall, my family we loved the room. Our only hiccups was really with communication with the property management. When we got there, we couldn’t get in our room because the code didn’t work so that had to be changed. Then the next day we weren’t able to get through the gate to the pool, but thankfully someone who was walking by helped us. We didn’t have the complete full code for that. Ultimately, these were just minor hiccups. We also did not get our parking passes. In the email it stated that it would be mailed to us which never was. I assumed they would be in our room when we got there, but they weren’t. So I was worried my car was gonna get fined or towed, as the sign said. I reached out through email to the company about this and they said that I could come pick them up. I replied back with an email about all my frustrations about how our day was going so far and how I felt it was inconvenience to not have these parking passes already and now I’m gonna have to figure out a way to go get them with my kids when we’re already down settled at the beach. I never heard back from them. They never emailed me back to follow up on my concerns. When I went to pick up the parking passes, the lady that greetes me was less than welcoming. So in all the place itself was great but I would be hesitant to use the Beach Properites for rental services.
