    • It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach. Turn right on Wagon Road and follow it to South Sea Pines Drive. Then turn left on the bike path and continue to beach marker 26, where a path leads directly to the beach.
    Sea Pines Beach Trolley Service is located at parking lot 8, off Greenwood Drive, near Willow Oak Road West. Operates daily from 9 am to 5 pm. June 8 to September 7.

Great house great location to the beach . Bikes were an added plus the screened porch and pool where amazing also liked the fact that almost everyday in the community some one was either blowing leaves tiding up the pools just a very noce lace will defnitley vacay here again

The pool and spa were perfect! The proximity to the beach was also great. We enjoyed the bike paths and many of the shops and restaurants Sea Pines has to offer. The house was perfect for our group! Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property met all of our expectations for a great vacation rental. We had 4 kids and 4 adults staying here. The pool was well taken care of and was a big hit with the kids. There was easy access to the beach on paved paths. We took many bike rides on the bike paths. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us without feeling crowded. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return to this house for our next Hilton Head vacation.

Another Great Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at 1 West Garrison. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay at this home perfect. The pool and hot tub is new, the furniture in the screened in porch accommodates a large group, and the distance to the beach is an easy walk. We will be booking this home again!

Nice rental but not as upgraded as expected from listing description.

Disappointed in master bedroom. Bed was soft and lumpy and bathroom was small. Kitchen was well stocked. Internet and tv was out for an entire day but fixed by property management by end of the day. Pool was beautiful but could only get the heat in the hot tub to work.

Great Vacation House

We Loved staying in this house. Everything inside has been updated. The pool and hot tub were great to have right there in the back yard. We will absolutely try to stay in this house again!

Perfect Beach House In The Woods

We loved this house! It was freshly decorated, well appointed, and well laid out. Especially loved the screened in porch, the five huge Roku TVs, and the hot tub. It was a short bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and great trails. Our only disappointment was that the pool is generally in the shade. Note that we were there in late October/early November. Five stars for the house!
