'Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.'

'The onsen was really nice especially if your planning to drive a bit or go hiking. It really helped relax me and my mom after a long day. Sadly their outdoor bath was closed. The indoor bath was clean and had showers to wash before getting into the onsen, but I think a staff member should explain to people how to use an onsen properly. There are signs to explain what to do, but not everyone pays attention. The hotel doesnt provide yukata, or slippers so bring a cover up, if you dont wanna buy...

'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'Clean room, working appliances. The in wall heater /AC worked well. Breakfast was 2 items, which alternated each of 2 days. It was very noisy from the Air show at Hillsboro Airport, but that is just one weekend per year.'
