'Very relaxing place to rest and refresh.'

'The hotel was in a quiet location and has onsite food and drinks. It also was close to a gas station and had both a Tesla destination charger and Electrify America charger. The room was clean and comfortable. They do provide breakfast although the day that we were there the eggs were pretty overdone/burnt.'

'Very well maintained hotel. Very attentive and responsive staff. Nice pool area. We had a large group for a funeral in town and the staff was awesome un giving us a meeting room for an impromptu gathering on a Monday afternoon/evening. They went above and beyond for us.'

'One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. 'They advertise it as being newly remodeled. It looks dirty and old. An elongated seat was on a round toilet bowl so the seat didn’t fully cover the toilet bowl. The room smelled like sewer water and that smell did not go away. The food items for breakfast were sparse and didn’t seem to be much to choose from. 'Stayed at this hotel for one night. We were attending a concert at the Denny Sanford center. We checked in about 4:45 and started getting ready. We walked into our room and notice a brown nasty stain on the couch when you first walk it.. Further inspection of the room the floors look like they had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. There were legit visible crumbs between the two beds. We went on about our night got ready left for the concert about 6:45ish didn't get back from the concert...

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Very convenient to McKennan Hospital - not to much else. Restaurant choices are all driving distance. Very appropriate for my one night stay.'
