'To start when I booked the hotel they said there was breakfast and when I arrived they said they were building a restaurant, and that there was no breakfast being served, then on website it says they are pet friendly and when I arrived there was no pets allowed signs everywhere and nowhere in the description did it say I have to bring shot papers or have the tags on me and they gave me problems with that, then there deposit was overly priced for what that hotel was, then when I got to the room...

'Clean room, but odd as the room was quite empty with no wall art or office desk chair, just a bed, armchair, and dresser with the TV. Breakfast was adequate if you’re only looking for a quick bite to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly, and overall the property was quite nice. My only complaint is that the outdoor pool was closed, and when asked about it, the staff said it was due to not having a new health and safety check done on it.'

'I have stayed at The Arc numerous times. It has ALWAYS been a wonderful experience. This time was terrible. The hotel is ready to remodel to transform as a true independent into a chain. There is no breakfast, even though breakfast was listed on Expedia. The first room we were assigned looked like a cheap roadside motel except someone threw up in the room and the room smelled of it. Cigarette burns were everywhere. The next room was ok but furnishings need to be replaced, which is scheduled....

'We stayed here with our young kids for a baseball tournament and were very impressed. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, from our room to the common areas and the pool. The breakfast had a great variety, so there was something for everyone. The location was very convenient, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families traveling for tournaments or vacations.'

I'm always trying to be clean friendly staff and even an early check-in the only thing is stay was advertise a pool and they advertise a breakfast which neither they have so I was kind of disappointed about that but other than that I think the price is a little too high for the condition of a two-star property but the staff makes it worth it'
