'Very central, close to shopping and restaurants'

'Eagle Wind Manor provides charming and quaint accommodation in a gracious old house at the top of Botha’s Hill - convenient for both Hillcrest and Kearsney College. The beds were amazing - great mattresses and pillows, better than many top hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were generous. The property is immaculately maintained by both gardening and household staff but it is not modern by any means and could...

'I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed. The guesthouse is located in a safe and there...

'Beautiful and amazing place'

'Net hotel met mooie kamers en goed ontbijt/buffet. Alleen eenmalig bij bestellen van ontbijtpakket was dit niet goed doorgegeven waardoor dit niet klaar stond.'

'Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer.'

'Great big hotel , with good rooms en Nice facilities. The staf is great.'

'We spent just 1 night in this hotel as we found an attractive offer on expedia. For that price including breakfast, the hotel was quite a attractive. However for the regular price, we wouldn't have preferred to stay in this hotel. The style of the hotel is quite outdated (e.g. the breakfast room is in 'Titanic style'). Further it was quite windy and in our room at the 14th floor this gave quite some noice. Finally the personel at the frotn desk was quite 'inflexible'. The staff in the breakfast...

'Best place to stay in Durban, such a peaceful and calm environment.'

'Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...
