Amazing RIVERFRONT Cabin.

You will love this custom-built riverfront home in the Smoky Mountains that is centrally located and convenient to Franklin, Highlands, and all Western North Carolina and Tennessee area attractions. 

In the summer,  Enjoy wading, swimming, fishing for Trout, bring your tube to float down the river, or just sit and relax and let the sound of the river take all of your stress away!  

Enjoy views of the river from the oversized deck where you can sip your morning coffee or host dinner grilling out. Or snuggle up by the fireplace inside while enjoying the views from the wall of windows. Great for a  family gathering around the fire pit or an intimate romantic retreat.

Sleeps up to six with 2 bedrooms on the main level, with ensuite baths and a queen-sized bed in the loft.
There is a very well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room, 2 big-screen smart TVs with satellite, high-speed internet, & cell service with both Verizon and AT&T.

The loft with the queen-sized bed also has a game table that can be used for poker or bumper pool.

Easy access just off a state-maintained paved road, and Just a short drive to the many waterfalls, the Appalachian Trail, and many other favorite hiking spots, and just minutes to Downtown Franklin or Highlands, for shopping, or enjoying a craft beer at the many local breweries and resturants. Plus, it's an easy drive to Cherokee, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There is so much to do that you will not have time to do it all, or just relax here with the peace and quiet in your home away from home.

The property has one exterior camera placed under the porch looking out at the parking area. This video footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guest expectation of privacy in this public area of the property. There are no other cameras on the property.

Our family of five had the best trip in this cozy cabin by the river! The cabin is VERY clean and the owners, David & Sheila, are some of the nicest people. Sheila had the cabin well stocked and we felt right at home. The property is extremely well maintained and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Our boys enjoyed skipping rocks on the river and making a campfire every night! We hope to come stay again during the summer months!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Spotlessly clean and more than adequate towels, etc. Kitchen super well stocked for pots, pans, dishes, slow cooker, toaster, utensils, great knives, measuring cups, EVERYTHING you need. I didn't see a blender, but I didn't need one so it might have been somewhere. Could have used more dish towels and a couple of trivets. Gorgeous landscaping/property/river view. Had some fresh tomatoes. Lots of seating and eating areas. Nice neighbors in the area. Great firepit -there was wood, starter - everything you need. Very nice grill. I've rented 50 or more cabins, beach houses, condos, etc over the years and this one is in the top of the list.

House was clean and had a lot of the stuff you need. The place looked just like the pictures. Me and my husband stayed for a babymoon. Just one last getaway before our baby arrives. It was very peaceful. The house has enough room for more people to comfortably stay as well. The beds felt fine, i had no issue with them. The house is in a quiet, peaceful little neighborhood. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful superb place

All amenities are up to date. Creek is perfect for fishing and tubing. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and has towels both for showers and different towels for creek if needed. Bring your beach towels and Kerig recommended. Has superior washer and dryer. Tv has Direct Tv. Grilll is clean. We loved it.

This property is one of the most meticulously maintained properties we have ever stayed in. It is so obvious the pride these owners take in this home. From the landscaping to the cleanliness, no detail was left off. Pictures truly don’t do it justice. We enjoyed many hours out on the porch and by the river. It is a beautiful and peaceful little street with adorable homes that feel like you’re truly away from all the rush of life. Within minutes of pulling out of the drive to the house, you are right in the national forest and exploring beautiful waterfalls. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this home to anyone we know!

Fabulous!!!

We LOVED this cabin. It is clean and new and comfortable. We had a blast walking up the river and riding tubes back. Neighbors are close by but it feels so private. We loved grilling and playing games on the deck. One of the reasons we booked this cabin over the others we lookwd at was because of the cleanliness reviews- and the cabin lived up to them. It was immaculate.

Perfect Gateway

This property checked all the boxes. Clean, quiet, roomy and most importantly, creek front. Rainly weather limit our off-site adventures for a few days, but we were not bored. Game table, and board games keep us busy. We even played corn hole under the large deck during a storm. The house was well appointed. We are already planning our next stay.

Beautiful incomparable views. The home in every measure was executed for comfort and style. Every single space was entirely stylish and super filled from top to bottom. This home knocked it off over the park over all the others. Had no idea the experience was over the top. Everything was created perfectly, and respected all the love and work the owners put into it!
