'We had a great stay and were very much surprised by the generous breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area! '

'I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!'

'our room was horrible holes in the doors holes in the wall plastered all over the place paint all over the place. The breakfast sucked. There was hardly nothing to choose from not enough of it. Your whole hotel was very dirty inside and out. Windows were not clean. Dogs were in the pool area. Hallways were filthy holes and holes all over the place was in the elevators that stunk, but the staff was wonderful.'

'I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. 'Expected room daily room cleaning and were told they do it every other day! We arrived on Thursday for a 5 night stay and they cleaned our room until Sunday! '

'Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.'

'The hotel looks nice from the OUTSIDE! But once you get inside the elevator looks beat down and the rooms as well! The building itself needs an upgrade from the inside ! Staff need to be dressed more professionally I went down for breakfast and there was an employee who didn’t even look like she was hotel staff only knew she worked there because she was behind the front desk! She was wearing a graphic t-shirt and jeans with face tattoos !! She was rude about keeping breakfast items stocked...

'My husband found a lancet on the floor as well as a big piece of gravel when we got into the room. The body lotion container HD only a little bit of lotion in it. The desk clerk said our receipt would be emailed when we checked out yesterday morning and it has not shown up.'

'The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...
