« The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around.

« The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you. »

« The whole place smelled like weed. Breakfast coffee was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin and you can hear every door that opens and closes down your hall. Our bathroom door don’t fit right and I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. Overpriced for what you get but staff was very nice. »

« Stayed here because nowhere had great reviews and this was the best of the bunch. Not good.
I understand only making up the room every other day. We stayed for 3 days and it was never made up. On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done.
In addition, the room has no ventilation, even running the exhaust fan in the bathroom continuously. The room was always extremely humid and the AC...
