'Good stay for the price.'

'Great place to stay near Mt Pisgah National Forest! Room was nice and very clean! Loved how a cooked breakfast was included! Staff was exceptional! Would definitely stay here again!'

'Nice decor and comfortable beds'

'Wow! This is an older motel built in the heart of downtown Sylva. It was remodeled in 2024 and they did an excellent job. Once inside the room, you can't tell that you aren't in a much newer hotel. The outside is very well kept. The only thing that makes it feel older is the design of the building. Parking was plenty even on WCU homecoming weekend. Mackenzie, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everything in the room was in excellent working order and the beds were...

'Wonderful experience here, great location and quaint amenities..highly recommend!'

'Great place to stay.'

'Vatash (if I remember the name correctly) was very personable. Room had good television options. Didn’t use WiFi, so reception was limited. Thermostat control was great. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to Sylva was good. Nice town with good restaurant options. No usb options, so bring a wall outlet adapter. Shower was good. Coffee in room. Sylva is a nice place to stay when visiting Cherokee. Dillsboro nearby. Be back next year'

'The main inn is charming. The bunkhouse is a different story, and the gap between the two is wide enough that I felt misled by the photos used to sell the property. The room is tiny. Just know a king bed takes up almost all of the floor space, and the only other furniture are small nightstands, a luggage rack, a folding chair, and a closet with a curtain instead of a door. There is no room to unpack or move around comfortably. The dark green paint and trim look moody in photos, but in person...

'Cool place, nice atmosphere short walk to the center of Highlands reasonably priced comfortable rooms and quiet'

'Really don't know how this place got such a good rating on hotels.com Yes, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, but that's about it. Negatives: Light switches not working Tv was broken Wifi didn't work Bathroom was full of mold and ants I could not stand under the shower because the shower head was so low. Breakfast didn't include bread Positives: Room was big Bed was good This place is not worth the amount of money you have to pay.'

Echt Expedia...

'Lovely cabin with a very comfortable bed. A little tricky to find at first. WiFi was great. No cell service. Clean and neat with a warm and homey feel. Good communication. I would recommend this properly. '
