'We were doing a very short SYD-MEL-SYD trip. Benalla was just 2 hours out of Melbourne so it made for an easy drive home. Its a very nice town, right on the river with great artwork, good restaurants for some takeaway and nice coffee shops for breakfast. We were very happy with our accomodation. The apartment was a good size with a king size bed and a nice bathroom with a shower and spa bath.'
