'Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel.
The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. '

'We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. 'They have no in person check-in so you expect a code to get in the room on the day of arrival. However, in my case, and that was two weeks in a row they did not send the code because I booked the room through Expedia and apparently Expedia did not facilitate the transfer of funds so I had to make a few phone calls before I would get the code. 'Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! '
