'We stayed for 1 night at this hotel and felt it was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The beds were good. We had a twin room for two parents and 2 kids (8&10). For us the beds were big enough, but if you have bigger postures it will probably be too small. Since we were with our 2 kids and they only served Japanese breakfast, we didn't include breakfast. It was a bit too cold to use the pool, but it looked great, also the whole scenery is pretty and relaxing.'

'Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay. '

'Nice spacious rooms , location is very isolated so recommend to include breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Only the bathroom is a little small and old in design other than that just a nice perfect place for a family '

'The room was clean and soundproof. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t have any meals there but cafe looked nice. I would’ve used the pool except you had to pay extra. Seemed strange for a hotel guest. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and easy to get to by bus.'
