'Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money.'

'The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room...

'Good place for a short stay. Busy road in front of the rooms until ~11 pm. Nice places to sit inside & outside the pub. Atmosphere is very friendly and the Engish Breakfast was good.'

'What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. 'Je krijgt een oude versleten kamer in een trainings instituut in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. Probleem is dat men ingesteld is op 1 persoon per kamer dus als echtpaar moet je samen in een smal bed en in de ochtend krijg je 1 schone handdoek, een 2e moet je vragen. We kregen bij aankomst een oude kamer en op verzoek heeft men ons de nieuwste kamer gegeven met super tv en nieuw uiterlijk, dus service is ok'

'Its a pretty rundown hotel, shower pressure is very poor with very basic amenity in the bathroom. It’s unfortunately also not so cheap, but is cheapest you can find around Brighton. So for a one night stay over it does the job. Location next to Preston Park railway station makes it prime location! '
