Guests have full private access to the entire upstairs level of this fully self-contained home, including all indoor living areas and the private front outdoor space. The property is situated at the rear of the block, offering added privacy, with a separate private driveway and convenient off-street parking available on-site.

The lower level of the home is a separate private area reserved for the owners and is not accessible to guests. While the owners are not usually present at the property, this area remains separate from the guest accommodation, allowing you to enjoy your stay with privacy and independence. Please note that the garage is not included.

The property is pet friendly, with a secure private yard and no carpets throughout the guest accommodation, making it a practical option for guests travelling with pets. Additional pet fees apply and are charged separately after the booking has been confirmed. Please contact us prior to arrival to discuss your pets and the applicable fees.
