Villa with Private Pool

Niriides Villas are situated in a privileged hill near the beautiful holiday area of Hersonissos. The 9 villas are designed to provide relaxed holidays away from the noisy center of the town, while it is also suitable for those who like the nightlife since Hersonissos with all the bars, pubs, dancing floors, etc. is just 2.4 km. away.

All the villas are in maisonette style while the cozy decoration combined with the traditional elements make the atmosphere unique.
The overnight climate tax is not included in the rates and is payable on the spot upon your arrival. The cost is 2,00€ per night.
Each villa has its own aesthetic, photos may vary according to property's availability.

Each villa is self-catering and private offering fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washing machine, iron/ironing board, air conditioning (on extra charge: 50,00€ per unit of A/C per week), safe deposit box (on extra charge: 20,00€ per week), a private pool, garden with BBQ and furnished terrace.

"Villa Sagini" can accommodate up to 6 pax. It consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor. At the ground floor lies the kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace.

"Villa Amfitriti" offers 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor and 1 bedroom with two twin beds, kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace at the ground floor. Amfitriti can accommodate up to 8 pax.

"Villa Aktea" can accommodate up to 6 pax. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor. At the ground floor lies 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace. A wooden oven is also offered at the garden.

"Villa Liagori" can accommodate up to 4 pax. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor. At the ground floor lies the kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace. Liagori offers, also, a wooden oven at the garden.

"Villa Nisso" can accommodate up to 4 pax. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor. At the ground floor lies the kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace.

"Villa Thetis" offers 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor and 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace at the ground floor. Thetis can accommodate up to 6 pax.

"Villa Nymfe" can accommodate up to 4 pax. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom at the 1st floor. At the ground floor lies the kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace.


"Villa Dafne" is fully renovated since 2020. It offers 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and a bathroom at the first floor and kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace at the ground floor. Dafne can accommodate up to 6 pax.

"Villa Irida" can accommodate up to 4 pax. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom at the 1st floor. At the ground floor lies the kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace.

“Niriides” villas provide the following services:
o Check-in during arrival/Check-out during departure (no reception desk)

o Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area (free of charge)

o Change of bedlinen: Once per week (at the middle of the stay)
o Change of towels: Once per week (at the middle of the stay)
o Room cleaning: Once per week (at the middle of the stay) / Additional day room cleaning upon request (on extra charge)
o Welcome pack upon arrival (on request and on extra charge 20,00€): water, 1 orange juice, 1 coca cola, milk, coffee, sugar, marmalade, butter and bread.
