« Did not like my stay at all. I was laying in bed and had a bug crawl on me and there were bugs, quite a few in the bathroom. Needless to say I will not be staying at your hotel again. I did bring the bug which I took a picture of and brought it to the front desk after I took a picture in a paper towel and she disposed of it very quickly. Very disappointed »

« Hôtel situé en angle de routes express,et le pire c’est un train à 10 mètres qui s’arrête et qui siffle au moins 5 fois minimum et même la nuit
La chambre propre mais tout est sans plus
Petit déjeuner un buffet était prévu ,mais en arrivant la réception nous a dit un café et un muffin au final plus de muffins !!!juste un café ,ceci est inadmissible
Puis la douche,une baignoire hyper glissante et très dangereuse

« I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay. I intended to reserve July 16–18, but mistakenly booked July 15–17. When I arrived on the 16th, the hotel refused to check me in or honor any part of my reservation because I had missed the first night.
I even asked if I could simply stay the remaining night of my reservation (the 16th–17th) and then make a new reservation for the 17th–18th, but they refused. Instead, they insisted I make an entirely new reservation at full price. The...
