'1. Location is Excellent. 2. Staff are very helpful and nice 3. Breakfast is not so good and not well planned. Quality of food is not good except the bread & the salad bar. Coffee beans (Benguet) has perhaps been brewed several times, as it taste like colored water. Strawberry jam is full of solidified sugar. Suggest to Improve on the breakfast menu!!!'

'Its good and clean'

'Laundry service was a little pricey but other than that everything was great. In room service for dinner with plates like Mahi-Mahi and Chicken Pesto Pasta were incredible. Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!'

'Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry'

'Goed verblijf voor een korte stop. Zeer drukke omgeving. Matige keuken.'

'Staff is friendly, place is roomy. View is good. Only thing is the place is tight to drive.'

'Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all.'

'Conditions of room is poor!'

'Nice hotel to stay at for a night or two. Very clean, good room and friendly staff.'

'Nice quiet place for the night with free breakfast as a plus.'

'Neat hotel near the center of Baguio. All in all maybe not that special, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. For the price definitely worth staying there.'

'Shower water goes all over the CR floor. Barely any hot water.'

'Great place. The location is relatively quiet and not as busy as other parts of the city but still within walking distance of excitement and the Jeepney hubs.'

'Het bed was kapot en aan elkaar vast met plastic en planken kei hard. De vloer had vlekken. Werd beloofd uitzicht over de stad keken tegen een blinde muur. De heele nacht en ochtend lawai van het alarm van een auto die om de 10 min of minder afging...geen leuk verblijf.'

'Far from downtown '

'kitchen and utensils available but we ate out nearby restaurant (Gilligan) reasonable price. Internet intermittent '
