The cottage Anne-Kathrin is located in the Seestraße in Bansin in cultivation to the Villa Inge Lotte. Thus, it is very centrally located and offers by the location in the annex also peace to relax and unwind. A car parking space is available directly on the property and belongs to the house. Restaurants, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, post office, boutiques, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The wide sandy beach is about 300 meters away and very spacious.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. It is a Non smoking home, but on the terrace also for smokers an ashtray ready.

Kettle, toaster, high quality pots and pans and a lot of dishes and glasses and sharp knives. Spices, oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, etc. are usually available and are filled by the holiday guests as needed. The adjoining living room has a 42 "LED TV with cable, DVD player, a small stereo system with CD and for the cold days and thus the romance is not too short, there is a fireplace, which can be fired with wood if necessary. The temperature of the living rooms and the bathroom are controlled by a floor heating and in the bedrooms radiators are appropriate for the individual sleep temperature.
All bedrooms and the dining area will be equipped with smoke detectors from 2018. There are a total of 4 smoke detectors in the house.
