I lowered the temperature to 62° to cool the room off and had planned to increase it to 68°. The room temperature did not get lower than 73°. I had the HVAC personnel come to our room twice in two days. Initially, the air felt cooler coming out of the vent while he was there but within twenty minutes coolness...

'It was nice, but they did not honor the room we booked and paid for 7 months prior. Then they had us carry sheets, blankets, and pillows to our room for the pull out sofa. When we opened the pull out, there were already sheets on it, and there were crumbs everywhere in them.'
