WOW- 250' of waterfront backyard oasis to enjoy!!! Find your fun or relaxation in the many "destinations" areas of this expansive yard and waterfront. A 180 degree water view and sunrise and sunset views right from the deck. Water view from most all windows in the house. Enjoy the screen porch with ample seating, the covered under deck areas, the hot tub. Outdoor expansive patio for grilling and chilling or meander to the point, beach or boat dock for fun in the sun.

IMPORTANT NOTE--**Three night minimum, outside of Summer (Memorial to Labor day)
SUMMER= Saturday-Saturday- WEEKLY rentals ONLY

THE SPACE
OUTSIDE Yard Area- Large flat lot has grass area- (great for playing KanJam or bottle bash (included) ) A sandy corn hole area (included), with seating- horseshoe area (included) - beach area has chaise loungers and 2 loveseats - follow the path to the point and find a wood fire pit with ample seating around with Adirondack chairs as well as a sandy area that has a pergola- two hammocks- swing and more Adirondack chairs.

DOCK
Has 3 chaise lounges, two recliners, four wicker sitting chairs it also has a bar with 5 backed bar stools, additional zero gravity hanging on hooks for your use. The dock is a perfect hang out place with Dish tv and a small refrigerator in storage area. Bringing a boat- feel free to tie up to our dock on either side with existing dock cleats

OUTSIDE AREA AROUND THE HOUSE
Deck runs the lengths of the house with a great new screen porch in the middle. Multiple seating areas on deck for reading or relaxing or playing a game with the family!
Screen porch has couch with chaise on each end- dining table seats four and two seating chairs also has a smart TV.

There is additional seating areas under the deck -
- Blackstone grill
- A lounging area that’s has a couch and two chairs and a bench seat
- Outdoor dining table seats 8
- smaller round dining table for 2
- Pub tables that sit 2
- GAS fire pit table that has seating for 5
- Saltwater Hot tub for 6

- 1 single kayak
- 1 regular paddle board

INSIDE THE HOUSE( TVS in both living areas and all bedrooms with dish tv)

The MAIN floor
- Large kitchen with dining table that seats 8 and bar seating for 4
FULLY stocked kitchen - all small appliances and serving ware you would ever need! Wine fridge - ice makers - freezer drawers - fridge drawers - Coffee makers with pot and single serving and an espresso machine
- Laundry- very large washer and dryer and more serving wear storage and sub zero freezer with ice maker
- Main floor living area has two couches and recliner and loveseat with a 80” screen tv

MASTER BDRM(this floor) has KING bed w/TV - Master bath has shower and separate 1 person jacuzzi tub (water view)
FULL HALL BATH- has bathtub/shower (water view)
1 ADDITIONAL BDRM (this floor) has Queen Bed- w/tv

LOWER LEVEL
- FULL HALL bath with shower
- Bedroom 1 has Queen bed and twin (water view)
- Bedroom 2 has Queen bed (water view)
- Bedroom 3 has Queen bed with twin bunk beds
4th FULL BATH is in Bedroom 3

There is living area (full view of lake) in lower level with tv and bar that has a ice maker and small fridge and wine fridge

Plenty of games - chess board and puzzle table

- Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths
- hand soaps for sinks
- beach towels

Guest access
Guest will have access to whole house- yard and dock with exception of a few locked closets and garage locked

Other things to note
We do have a partially shared driveway with a neighbor - up one entry only - but have ample parking with a parking pad and circle drive
No smoking in the house
No pets at this time (we can suggest a great boarding place here at the lake)
