'Have to start by saying I’m a big Prince fan, so the oversized photo of him in the lobby won me over right away. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you walk in. The staff was helpful and the view of First Avenue in the Prince mural was a bonus. I had a suite and it was very spacious and inviting. I would definitely stay there again!'

'Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. '

'The hotel is close to so many things so you could walk to places and it doesn't take long! It's great that parking is right below the hotel. The front staff immediately brought smiles to our faces and were sooo friendly! The room was great! The fragrance they use is AMAZING! We didn't have a view of the city, which honestly, I'm not upset about! The bed was extremely comfortable! 'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'Staff in breakfastroom and bar were friendley. Frontdeskstaff not so customerfriendley. Floor in the bathroom was not clean every day. '

'The common areas were a little warm and stuffy. The couch in the room was not very comfortable at all, and the shower door was interestingly placed you could only open it with the bath room door completely closed as it opened into the bathroom and it did not latch or seal. Other than this the stay was very pleasant.'

'Hotel was nice. Staff checking in and out were very nice and helpful. Parking was in lot and even though vehicles were registered with hotel they still gave a $94.00 parking ticket (on top of $30.00 parking free). Had to go back into hotel where they said they'd get it canceled but still might receive a ticket in mail and to just ignore it.'

'The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty.'

'Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. '
