The cottage is 33 m² and ideal for up to four guests. It offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with bunk beds – as well as a fresh bathroom with a shower and a washing machine (to be installed summer 2025). The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to a dining area and living room, where you'll find a comfy sofa and a TV with Chromecast. Wi-Fi and good mobile coverage are included. Just 1.5 km from the house, the sea awaits.

Kungsviken’s family-friendly beach is just 2 km away, featuring shallow waters, jetties, and a diving tower. A little closer is the harbor – perfect for a morning dip or a quiet moment by the water. Don’t miss Fröken Trulls – a charming destination with a restaurant, antique shop, garden center, and a paddle court (bookable). In Henån, 9 km away, you’ll find everything you need: grocery stores, restaurants, a playground, fish market, bike rentals, a library, and delicious ice cream from Lejonet & Björnen. Good to know about this accommodation:



•The homeowner also lives on the same property.

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK is required upon arrival. It will be refunded approx. 1 week after departure if the house is left in good condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be booked: 250 SEK/person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price but can be added for 1,500 SEK/stay and is paid directly to the owner. Cleaning materials are available in the house if you prefer to clean yourself.

• Electricity is included. Charging electric cars is not allowed – charging stations are available in Ellös and Henån.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
