'Frankly speaking, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was not the pleasant experience I had expected. During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke...

'The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked...

'Property was beautiful! The room was really clean and well maintained. Even though staff is not on site the communication was top notch! They responded quickly and made sure we had everything that we needed. This was one of the easiest check in processes I’ve had at a hotel. The only thing I suggest is that you provide a Starbucks coffee machine near the vending and snacks (since I’m a coffee head lol!) I believe that would be a nice touch. I definitely be back to stay!'

'Room was clean. Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms have a kitchen. Isolated but stores with in easy car ride. They do take dogs and one dog whined all night but other than that? Nice hotel'
