Interior:
As soon as you enter Linger Longer, you will be greeted with the best cozy lake house vibes. Immediately to your right you will find the kitchen + laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook the perfect post lake day meal for your family and friends. A few highlights are the extra ice maker, keurig, and a toaster oven/air fryer combo. The living room offers a wonderful space for a family movie night and the sun room is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Right off of the kitchen is the master bedroom + ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has private access to the back deck + courtyard area. On the other end of the house are two bedrooms + a bathroom. Heading outside and up the outdoor staircase you will find access to the fourth bedroom. It features a queen bed + a petite en suite bathroom.

The outdoor living space at Linger Longer will quickly become your favorite place to spend time. Outside you will find a dining table, fire pit, comfortable seating, grill, and more! Take in beautiful views of Greers Ferry Lake while spending time by the fire with your family and friends.

Linger Longer is located inside the coveted community of Eden Isle. It is only a 1 minute drive to Eden Isle Marina and a short drive to the Red Apple Inn Golf Course & Restaurant. This home sits on a beautiful piece of property and is just a short walk to water's edge. Linger Longer is also less than a ten minute drive to downtown Heber Springs where you will find restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and more!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 5 children. The house was perfect. The website was accurate, the property manager was super helpful, and the house was clean. We rebooked in 2 weeks. We are grateful that we found this perfect spot. Highly recommend

Family holiday

We spent our annual family holiday at the property with guests from out of state. It was the perfect location for us, comfortable for a group of 10 and the outside patio area was beautiful. The property management company was extremely quick to respond with the one small issue we had and everything we needed was provided.

Spring Break retreat

The home was nice and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We came for some R&R and got just that! For those looking to book the property here are a few tips: The fourth bedroom is separated from the main house. You have to go outside to access it. The en-suite tub/shower is not usable as a shower for an adult due to the slope of the ceiling/roof line. It has a hand sprayer but anyone other than a small child would need to be seated in the tub to use the shower. We never found a Keurig even though that was mentioned in the listing and we confirmed through chatting with the host. This was something we did not attempt to remedy during our stay. We were only able to find four washcloths for our stay with seven people. Plenty of towels though! One roll of toilet paper per bath and paper towels were provided and no Kleenex. WiFi was excellent! Plenty of outdoor seating options! Gas starting/wood burning fire pit is a real luxury rarely found! All in all our stay was as we had hoped, the few mentions did not impact our enjoyment of the property!

Linger Longer is a great lake house! It’s very comfortable with a view of the lake. The sunroom was a nice place to sip our morning coffee and plan our day. The house provided the relaxation that we all needed. A lovely home!

Location! Location! Location! Property was in great shape. The floor plan is a little funky but for the era built it’s understood. The outdoor space is top notch. Rooms well appointed, kitchen has everything you need. Definitely a place we will book again.

Family Vacation

Great location; spacious; access to lake “beach”; 2 really nice updated bathrooms; comfortable; family loved their stay! We’ve rented many different homes in Eden Isle and would make these suggestions- reorganize the kitchen cabinets and drawers, add more coffee mugs, Kleenex and soaps in bathrooms, dust. We hope to stay again!
