'That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.'

'As soon as I walked in the house smelled fresh. Super clean and quiet. Check in was easy and communication was superb. Anything needed was accessible; from extra linens, to trash bags, soaps to laundry was at my disposal. This is literally a little sanctuary away from home. Would definitely recommend and I will be back to stay here soon. '
