'We had a great experience. The communication from them was excellent, definitely above anyone I have dealt with. The property is new but has great accommodations, especially if you RV. We rented one of the cabins.'

'The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here.'

'The elevator was very slow the staff would block when we were walking by and expected to use the elevator instead of allowing ghest on before them. Had trouble with my key working the room even though it wasnt close to my phone kept getting locked out of the hotel and had to park in the back and walk around to the building. We will not return to this location.'

The door would stay open because it would catch on the carpet so you had to be very careful to make sure the door was shut before you left. Also, there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom.'

The second we pulled up to the hotel, a homeless man who was visibly on drugs was knocking on our window asking for money. No way going to your vehicle at night is a safe idea. Our room was gross and was obviously not cleaned/picked up before we got there. The price we paid to stay here was not at all worth the money/stay. The walls are paper thin.
