"The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. "My family and I enjoyed staying at this property - nice lay out so you all have your own little bit of space but nice big communal areas for spending time together - the hosts have left lots of condiments/cleaning products/utensils so you don’t need to buy/take lots of things with you - really pretty view. Sunsets are 10/10 and are visible from most of the house. The nearby beach has a lovely local/community feel to it. Overall - very happy with our stay"

"Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. "We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. "We really enjoyed our stay. The views are stunning and the cottage is very well equipped. The decking is a lovely sun trap and the garden is private. We had a small dog and , whilst the garden is mostly fenced, we kept her on a really long lead as there were some gaps she could have slipped through. "An amazing hotel was a luckily treasure of a fine that I came across entirely by chance, and definitely somewhere that I shall be staying at again. All the staff are amazing, the food was lovely and my room was incredible (actually got a free upgrade as another guest cancelled at the last minute). If you are visiting Cornwall and fancy a lovely staff, give this hotel a try! Also, they have a bar with an amazing range of rums, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Finally, if that was not enough, this hotel also let's you bring your furry companions with you, and they do special dog menus!! As in special food for dogs, not physically seeing dog as a dish!!!"
