'All was good. However the room had an unpleasant odour. The bed is not made for 70year olds. Very hard to sleep on. The new owners are very polite and helpful. They are in a somewhat transitional phase and we wish them luck. '

'Fabulous siting on the ridge above the beach with ocean views from the deck. Fully equipped and modernised although some little things showing effects of use and sea air. Cabin set for four which would be cramped without using the large deck. Comfortable bed and pillows. Neat bathroom but good hot water pressure. Helpful office staff. Not walking distance to clubs/restaurants for dinner if eating out but main clubs run courtesy buses to save driving. Surf club at the bottom of the ridge is a...

'The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the steps to and from the carpark. They were spiral steps which are old, very rough and difficult to walk on especially carrying a heavy bag. They may be OK for someone younger than my 75 years but I found I had to be very careful negotiating them. Otherwise an excellant place stay with fantastic views and helpful, pleasant staff.'

'Hoewel wij er als koppel verbleven was de accommodatie geschikt voor een gezin met 3 kinderen. Het huisje ligt op 100m lopen van het strand en is van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief een complete kitchenette. Het was bijzonder schoon evenals het beddegoed en de badlakens etc. De zeer vriendelijke staff gaf goede tips over restaurants en omgeving.'

'The room is very rundown. The wall in the bathroom/toilet were cracked, the cupboard doors were chipped. The soap holder in the shower was mouldy and loose which needs a very good clean and fixed. Overall the room is very outdated for the price we paid. It definitely needs some renovations/refresh.'

'We loved being able to break our journey at a dog friendly motel. It was comfortable and convenient place to stay. Motel staff were lovely.'

'The only issue was that the wifi was not functioning properly and reception for our mobiles was very iffy. The deluxe cabin was great. Really well set out and the holiday park was spotless. I would most definitely stay there again.'

'Cozy place for a stop from Sydney to Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the trampoline. Nice short walk to the coast. Saw a big camping area on the way to the coast. Shopping and dining options are limited in this quiet area but still feel very good overall.'
