'Awesome. Clean. Pool area was a HUGE Bonus. Paul at the front desk, Emiliano behind the bar, Trish who kept our room clean were all amazing. I never thought I’d want to stay so far in the east end but with easy parking it was a super convenient to do whatever we wanted to do. Plus there is a shuttle which we didn’t even need. Kids loved the pool, giant sized chess and connect four, the ping pong table etc.'

'A beautiful property that is very clean and attentive. It is nestled in a hidden area which makes it more quaint. Location is perfect as it sits in the art gallery district of commercial just a few short blocks from the main part of the town. It's a great location and a superbly kept property. I met the owner and he was very friendly as well as the manager and she was so very friendly and accommodating.'

'The Inn is centrally-located, and is convenient to restaurants and bars. The performers in the Lounge are varied, friendly, talented, and entertaining. The Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Interns of potential improvements: 1. The drink prices are a bit high. 2. The parking fees are very high.'

'Absolutely loved staying at the Snug Cottage. Jared and Greg and the entire team were extremely helpful and welcoming. The Victoria room was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. Just a short stroll away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street, it’s nice to come back to a quieter part of town to rest. I will absolutely be coming back!'

'The Anchor Inn was centrally location with great access to restaurants and activities. Parking was a big plus. The inn definitely needs updating and attention to the breakfast offering. The pricing was excessive for the size of our tiny room, $600+.'

'our door and the door jam was broken so we had to put a table in front of it to feel safe. the maintenance guy had nothing to fix it . there was grime around the sink and shower . we had multiple dirty washcloths and the blankets were stained. the cleaning staff also came in when they stated they don't unless you ask .'

'Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.'

'I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel.'
