Good service. Rooms too dark & old fashion style
Good service and nice location. The only negative points are the old fashion style in the room (but it is a personal preference to get more design and contemporain style) but the rooms that are too dark with lightings not really efficient.

Horrible and not correct / A fuir
This hotel isn’t a 5 star , this is maximum 3 stars and the management allow his staff to rent a room with a bad shower and broken one. There is also no water in the shower , u paid for an hotel on which you cannot take your shower and no one propose a solution.

TrĂšs bon hĂŽtel , propre , bonne infrastructure , petit dĂ©jeuner honorable mais un peu cher (25000LL) 17€...personnel agrĂ©able mais ce qui est rare au Liban pas de tout francophone.PrĂšs de Hamra au centre de Hazmiyeh...si besoin j'y retournerais.

Worry free stay around Beirut
I stayed there twice this year and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a team that serves you with a warm smile and professional competence. Shout out to Thaera and Murhaf - they are both gems!!

They charge for cleaning service which is almost the price of the room rent. They also charge for the towels while there is no washing machine or cleaning tools in the suite.
