'Unable to adjust temperature, it was cold'

'This was truly a 5 star stay! We stayed for 2 nights in the off season—late October. The staff were very friendly and kind, even before we arrived! Great communication on what to expect, and they had pool towels and goodie bags for our kids ready and waiting for us! They had an immediate back up plan and solution for when I accidentally locked myself out of the room and were very kind and helpful! The room was very clean and the property was in great shape. The indoor pool was perfect,...

'The hotel is in a great location with very friendly and professional staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. (Family travelling from Scotland)'

'Staff was very helpful!'

'Pros: The room was clean, cute, and looked just like the pictures. The hotel was reasonably affordable, and the location was great — conveniently walkable to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Cons: Unfortunately, the noise and complete lack of privacy really ruined our experience. DO NOT stay in Room 116! 'The resort is well maintained, our room was very clean, the heating system worked well which made our sleep on October's chilly night comfortable. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. The beach is spectacular. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were open even at this time of the year but we didn't use it as we stayed for only one night. Outside sitting area with fire pits is a nice touch, especially if you travel with a larger group and want spend time with family or friends outside....

'The room was very nice but: Split unit didn’t work consistently Parking in offseason still an issue Outside our door way too much light- shutters far from fully blocking it and way too much noise. The motel style layout not for us but the room was very nicely remodeled. Cleaning staff was good but office almost never available. They leave a number to call/text but neither gave a response'

'Reeds is a wonderful place to stay but the bed seemed stiff and extremely noisy when getting in and out of the bed. The mattress did not fit on the frame so not lying on a flat supportive system but was fine while sleeping.'

'This was a great stay the staff was wonderful shuttle service was convenient and reliable. Our room was fantastic'
