'Not even close to a 5 star stay. Food on site is mediocre at best (yet expensive) and the service is not great. We had mice in the room. The location is quite far away from everything else on the island so you always need a taxi, but those are not always available. This was not worth it.'
'The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly. The maintenance staff stayed in the room until almost 12 AM trying to fix the issues, yet the Wi-Fi and TV were still not working.

'5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. '
'Really, really nice nice property. Beautiful vegetation and rooms. Clean, classy, well appointed, but nothing you don’t need. The staff were very helpful too. The food at the restaurant is excellent and well priced (300-400rs), I’d recommend dinner here to anyone. You can also rent scooters for the day around 500rs'
