'Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

'BonjourLe ménage n’etait pas fait et ce n’était pas propre (salle de bain !) Il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette et nous étions 4 !!! Donc j’ai dû en acheter…En plus le chauffage n’avait pas été coupé dans une chambre (ce qui est dans vos instructions) Grand appartement très accessible. '

'Het appartement zit in een prachtig oud Paleis. De entree is een enorme hal, zeer goed onderhouden. Het appartement zelf is nogal klein, maar voor 2 personen voor enkele nachten prima. De omgeving is eveneens erg mooi. De communicatie met de eigenaar was prettig, maar alle informatie was in het Frans. Kleine opmerking: wifi is alleen in de grote hal beschikbaar.'

'We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!'
